Our design office and methods team work on the design, development and optimization of products and processes. They innovate by using new materials and technologies to improve the performance and efficiency of our products, while meeting market requirements and customer demands.
Production is the operational core of our company. Our production teams are responsible for the manufacture of products, ensuring that they meet quality standards and deadlines. They manage machines, supervise production lines and maintain a continuous and efficient workflow to ensure flawless production.
Our sales and business representatives play a key role in the company’s growth and reputation. They develop strategies to increase sales, identify customer needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet the needs. They work with the ADV (Sales Administration) team to ensure high quality customer service. The marketing and communication component allows the organization of events and trade fairs and the dissemination of up-to-date information on company news.
The quality and control team is essential to ensure that all products and processes meet company standards and regulations. The team performs tests and measurements to identify and correct non-conformities, ensuring safety, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes.
The maintenance department ensures that production equipment is operating properly. It performs preventive maintenance, repairs and regular inspections to minimize production downtime. Maintenance ensures that machines are operating optimally, reducing downtime and associated costs.
The supply chain is managed by the scheduling, purchasing and procurement teams and logistics. They plan production and select suppliers, ensuring that contracts are properly executed. They are also responsible for the reception, distribution and dispatch of orders.
