Compression presses
EP 200
The EP 200 press is designed for Research and Development departments and universities. It can be used to produce small batches and fine-tune production parameters during industrial transposition. This press, with its fully GMP design and small footprint, is enclosed with removable panels, enabling easy access and components to be assembled and dismantled quickly. It features a touch screen for easy, ergonomic control, a double-paddle forced-feed system for optimum powder feeding, and a gravity feeder for batches of less than 500g.
EP 200L
The EP 200L press is designed for Research and Development departments and universities. It can be used to produce small batches and fine-tune production parameters during industrial transposition. It is designed for the production of double-layer tablets. This fully GMP-designed press is enclosed with removable panels, enabling easy access and components to be assembled and dismantled quickly. It features a touch screen for easy, ergonomic control, two 1-blade forced feeders for optimum powder distribution as well as two gravity feeders for batches of less than 1 kg.
EP 400
The EP 400 press is designed for medium production runs. It can produce double-layer and single-layer tablets. This fully GMP designed press is one of the most economical on the market for the production of double layer tablets. It features an easy-to-use, ergonomic CFR21Part11 control system and a double-blade forced-feeder system for optimum powder distribution.
Polishing machines
TP1
The automatic polishing machine is designed for polishing the outer surfaces of punches and dies. The main purpose is to polish the punch tip and the holes of the dies. The machine can accommodate 45 B/D punches or 36 EU1‘’441 punches and 48 D-type dies or 60 B/BB dies.
Simplicity of use, quality and regularity of the polishing finish, repeatability are the main advantages of our TP machines.
TP2
The automatic polishing machine is designed for polishing the outer surfaces of punches and dies. The main purpose is to polish the punch tip and the holes of the dies The machine can accommodate 90 B/D punches or 72 EU1‘’441 punches and 96 D-type dies or 120 B/BB dies.
Simplicity of use, even surface finish, repeatability are the main advantages of our TP machines.
