Health and security
- Continuously assess and monitor the risks to the health and safety of our employees by applying effective preventive measures
- Immediately identify and secure any dangerous situation
- Develop in our activities a climate of shared vigilance so that everyone is responsible for their own safety and that of others, especially on the use of collective and individual protections
- Improve the Quality of Work Life by implementing actions including on ergonomics and mental well-being
Environment and energy
- Contribute to the conservation of resources related to our activities and engage in pollution prevention
- Reduce waste generation and encourage recycling
- Raise awareness and improve the environmental awareness of all our staff
- Taking into account the improvement of energy performance in our projects and investments
- Pilot a proactive and formalized CSR approach
