Health and security

  • Continuously assess and monitor the risks to the health and safety of our employees by applying effective preventive measures
  • Immediately identify and secure any dangerous situation
  • Develop in our activities a climate of shared vigilance so that everyone is responsible for their own safety and that of others, especially on the use of collective and individual protections
  • Improve the Quality of Work Life by implementing actions including on ergonomics and mental well-being

Environment and energy

  • Contribute to the conservation of resources related to our activities and engage in pollution prevention
  • Reduce waste generation and encourage recycling
  • Raise awareness and improve the environmental awareness of all our staff
  • Taking into account the improvement of energy performance in our projects and investments
  • Pilot a proactive and formalized CSR approach
